Point System Overhaul

It is time again to revisit the point system to make improvements and such.

The point system here is very strange and should be. It is cool to gain points in some ways.

For the forums... I think that not only should posts get points, but the quality of the post as well. A rated post may get a multiplier attached to the base points. I also think a new topic should receive more points than a reply.

The point system is a way to tell others your level of contribution in the community. You gain points from visiting the sites, at ASEville, and at the Forums. Pretty much anything you do gets you extra points.

I'm amazed that it hasn't broken down.

I think it is fine... if you want to mess with it, it's okay I guess.
