The technology (the say) is not a battery. It must be some form of capacitor. The article does not understand how electricity gets generated, either. Much of our power still comes from fossil fuels. Going to nuclear or fusion when we get it would be the thing to do.

WOW! I wonder about torque but it sounds frakking sweet. Sounds like caps, but must be a pretty big innovation in caps to work like this.

I'm more interested in the amperage it must draw to charge a cap that fast...
