Hmmmm.....
Well i'm very much for the environment.....
But I do use plastic which is hardly biodegradable....
But I imagine how many trees are being saved.
Now there are those a-holes that use two plastic bags AND a paper bag...
I just don't know why someone would need THAT MUCH BAGGAGE....
seems a bit strange is all...lol

I usually use a plastic bag and then save them at home.

Plastic actually is made from hydrocarbons. Yep, it is made from oil.

Ohhhhh I do too!
We have at least a few hundred saved up under the kitchen sink in my house....
its really handy because they always get re-used and none of them are wasted- EVER!
Especially since i'm such a plastic bag pack-rat!
Re-usable bags (the ones that are made of fibrous post-consumer waste, I think) are the best.....and they are
very inexpensive but usually don't carry very much so you have to buy many if you're a heavy shopper....but they are great!

I typically run with plastic, a lot easier to carry in when you can have about 20 bags on each arm when you lived with a family of 12 when you were younger.
then you saved them and used them for other things, like trash bags or coke can bags to take them and recycle.

Plastic. And I reuse them for dustbin liners and give the rest to food banks.

phttt wtf lol i use old shopping bags too but the only place i go to get food is TRADER JOES and they only have paper so PAPER it is!

You only shop at Trader Joes? That place has a great selection of specialty items, but not much normal stuff.

I couldn't find any good pasta sauces there.
