Took a nasty fall

Just got home, took a really nasty fall... both hands, knees, arms and my face are all cut up.. Somethings wrong with my right knee, keep denying my moms request to go get it looked at. Hit my face on the cement pretty hard, dizzy and a huge head ache. Thank god I broke my fall with my face, My body could have been seriously injured. Last time I take the challenge of a race with out wearing my belt, and pants that are too big for me.. lmao. My uncle said it was extremely funny. Oh man, that was a good time. Man I'm too old for this.

If the pain dosent drop and it constantly hurts then get it checked.

I took a bad fall nce, Fell on the gym floor. Messed up my wrist and my knee is still swollen after 3 months.(not Huge swollen bu-t i got a bump that pains me when i hit it.)
Some asshole picked up a net when i jumped over it..

Maybe you damaged your knee in a bad way?

I sprained a muscle and it locked into place in my leg, it hurt

Went to doctor. he said it happens or something, just to be careful with it.

What do you mean by race and belt?

Do you means your pants belt and you were on a bike?

Certainly you weren't car racing without a belt?

It's always good to get stuff like trauma checked out. Better safe than sorry.

Race as in running, sorry it was terribly clear lol, and I didn't wear a belt around my pants that are too big for me, down I went, I think I'm gonna go get it checked out tomorrow. I am icing it as we speak, and its worse then before, I can't even move it now.

EDIT: I also got a nice bruise on my face.. All in all I was actually pretty lucky I didn't go into the blocks around the driveway, I basically knew I was going down and just kept running and kinda like dove on to the driveway, if I fell any sooner, I would have had a mouth full of Belgium blocks lmao.

Some kid who said he was faster then me. Its all good ichii, I was laughing while laying on the ground, first thing I said to my Uncle and mom as I was getting up was "Thank god I broke my fall with my face, My body could have been seriously injured." It was kinda funny, Imagine a guy 6'5" 235LB flying and face planting onto a cement driveway, I wish I had it on video.

Must have been the adrenaline that kept it from hurting.
I was able to run on my messed up knee till i got home.

Good thing is, I don't work until Wednesday, so I have some time to heal. If my knee is still like this tomorrow, I will have it checked out. Eh only one bandaid on my knee, cause it wouldn't stop bleeding and I didn't want to get my bed bloody. Thanks everyone!

this reminds me of a time when me bomb and his brother decided to race down my driveway after a couple beers, it ended in tragedy as any drunken idea.

I was playing dodgeball in gym this year and I jumped up with my knees bent to dodge a ball when I came crashing down onto my right knee. It instantly turned purple and resembled the size of grapefruit.

You guys should start video taping your drunken activities.

I don't think there's a camera durable enough to safely capture that.

Update- Still out of work. For another week or two. Doc wont let me go back.

just put some ice on it. that's wat my mom always says. Oh, so you got a pool of blood there? don't need no doctor! Just put sum ice on it! lol
