This is great. If you go to McDonalds in the near future (Watch the movie "Supersize Me" and you won't), you may get greeted with someone from a different location. I can see a load of problems with this.

2014 is going to be a good year. More content, more streamlining. Be a part of history!

I can see it now, I pull up to a drive thru with a message that said something like, "All agents are assisting other customers, please wait. Your estimated wait time is less than 2 minutes. Thank you."

Which usually mean more like 5 mins.

All this so they can lower their expectations of employees even more. Now they don't even have to know how to speak!
