I just made pizza dough

My supermarket didn't have any bread flour (wtf?) available, so I had to use all purpose. I made way too much dough and froze about 2.5 dough balls worth for pizza.

The goal is stromboli. I've got pepperoni, mozzarella cheese, sauce, and some other stuff. What I don't have is a rolling pin! I've got to do that with something flat. I'll figure something out.

The dough actually came out better than expected. I can even make bread with it if I wanted to. You should really try it. It is really fun.

I made a calzone and a stromboli. Both were excellent and came out very nice. I'd post pictures... but I ate both of them already. I'll probably make it again for my parents next weekend.
