Japan aims to create 3D television

Was gonna post this under Hardware but just didnt seem to fit . But could you imagine watching tv in 3d I mean like hovering over top of a Football game And Im pertaining to NFL not Soccer or what not

I was reading about this a bit ago. They are using (I think) lasers and refracting off of minute changes in the air that the machine creates. I don't think I would want to smell anything unless I was watching the Food Network.

I'm in agreement about the smells thing. I actually would prefer not to smell anything on the tv...
