More CSS Changes

I'll be revamping the layouts for the different sites once again. This will be a major layout change. I'll be moving from using the table presentation of HTML to CSS. This will most likely kill older browsers (IE 4 and older), but it should work great and be faster in the ones that handle CSS correctly.

I'm quite tired of using nested tables everywhere.

2014 is going to be a good year. More content, more streamlining. Be a part of history!
