Every state has to take some burden on for the evacuees. Even up here we are getting many.

Alaska is a big state that could possibly handle many people.

I hope the government helps them get back home though. I don't think you realise how hard it is to get out of this place.

And do you have any idea how hard it will be for them experiencing this winter when they lived in such a warm climate before?

That I can agree with. I just hope we don't get too much of that lovely -20 weather this year.

I saw several of the families on the news, most of them have some family up here.
Alaska is a big state. We have plenty of room.

Sending them to Hawaii probably costs too much as it is a vacation spot and they have higher prices then most other places.

Smart idea, them shipping the people to Alaska...biggest state in the US, right? Wouldn't have thought of that.
