A Slayer's Sketchpad (aka LOOK I THINK I CAN DRAW!:D)

OK so I'll be posting some of my art. I don't draw manga style much so what you see will probably look familar because it's in a book or online. I'll also be posting some original stuff.

Yeah so the above picture was an Easter gift to my boyfriend who is in Mississippi right now. It's based on a picture from online but I zoomed in a little and added my own things.

I write and I draw. I'm a creative media production student so I'm also good with film and photography.

This used to be a design for my halloween costume but as you can see, I got a little... over-enthusiastic with the red pen. So I made it into a doodle. Meet mini-Shannon_Slayer, Slayer of Zombies, Vampires and anyone who annoys her.

Yeah im getting extremely good at writing so im heading into creating a manga soon. However, im horrible at drawing.

Cool. I just have something to tell you then. I'm on a site called wattpad. Click on the widget in my signature and it'll take you to my profile. You can publish for free on there Another thing is that, and this is based on your posts in this thread alone, if you're writing and the language is good, there will always be someone looking at it like a critic would. I myself am mentally adding capitol letters, certain punctuation, etc. Another thing is that I believe anyone can draw. You just need to experiment and find your style as well as practice to hone your skill.

Uhm. Yeah. I'm a media student and I'm owrking with photography and film a lot. I class those as art... Uhm... I don't really count my style as anime/manga these days. More like evolved Butch Hartman style. I'm obsessed with Danny Phantom you see. So... I'm a cartoonist more than a realist. If that makes sense. I did a self portrait once and ended up looking like a Klingon xD



These are Role Play characters from a site called camphalfblood.org where I'm a mod. blah blah blah. From left to right (including parentage because lol demigods): Victoire, Vladimir (Thanatos' twins), Gerran (Misericordia, goddess of mercy), Achaylia (daughter of Dionysus) and Sebella (Triton's guy hating daughter with daddy issues).

Most of what I draw is fan art, just fyi.
