Distinguishing Marks

My dad and I once got pulled aside at the Canadian border because and asked to place a call to someone who could vouch for my dad (they wanted to make sure he wasn't kidnapping me). Unfortunately the person on the phone didn't remember my dad had any tattoos and said that he was clean shaven except for a mustache (which he had been the last time they'd seen each other, but now he had a beard).

If someone had to idenify you, what little details could you give besides the standard ethnicity, eye color, hair, etcetera?
Is it a birthmark? A gap between your front teeth? Tattoos?

Mine are: I have a birthmark on my left wrist that looks like a mass of darker toned skin in the shape of a heart. My nails are always very short because I bite them. I have double-jointed pinky fingers and toes.

Both of my thumbs were double jointed...until my right one broke...now the left one is all alone.
I have a blue dot on my eyelid...it's not a birthmark...it was from stabbing myself in the eye with a pencil when I was in 1st grade.
I have a deep-set scar on my left hand above my thumb that brings back bad memories.
I have a deep-set scar under my left thumb because of a locker incident in high school.
I have a light toned birthmark on my lower back...it's small, and barely noticeable because it's very close to my skin-tone, but it's there.
I have a scar on my right side of my chin that is always covered with make-up so nobody notices...it's from falling off a car. I was a dumb kid.
My nails are very short from my bad habit that I sometimes break.
My teeth are perfect...so says my dentist...and I've never had braces.
I have a dark blue mark on the outer part of my right ankle bc of a time when I was really high when I was 14. :/
I have a lot more scars...but I'll stop there.

Glasses?

That doesn't count. Glasses are interchangeable. What if you switched to contacts?

JEEZ Sam you have a lot of scars. I forgot to mention I have a scar on my left middle finger knuckle (from when I clipped myself with some scissors while cutting my brother's hair) and a small one below my right eyebrow (from when I was bitten by a dog as a little girl).

Tell you the truth.. I don't have and birthmarks or visible scars... so I guess my hugeness would be a sign... 6'5-236.

Uh, I have a birthmark on my left bicep, an INSANELY large bone structure, a long thin scar on my right forearm, and a highly noticable scar in the shape of an X on my right palm.

I have a white birthmark on my right forearm, a mark on my right rib-cage area that looks like a scar but I can't remember getting, a largish freckle behind my ear on my neck, and very prominent collar bones... can't think of anything else atm
