Godsmack

The heavy guitar, tribal drums, and throaty vocals of Sully Erna are hot. liek. whoa. Last year Godsmack was in Dallas with Rob Zombie and I unfortunately couldn't make it.
I'm not gonna swear by their music but the songs Whatever, Re-Align, I Stand Alone, VooDoo, and Straight Out of Line are awesome.
The first song I ever heard by them was 'Whatever' and I liked it, but I didn't even know their name at that time. I finally bought ther cds after playing Prince of Persia: Warrior Within, which borrowed the songs 'I Stand Alone' and 'Straight Out of Line'.
Godsmack is one of the few bands that I get excited over when I heard they're in town or catch them on the radio.

I really liked Awake and their self titled.

Awake was by far my favorite, though.

I found that speeding up VooDoo makes it sound better. It's too slow for me otherwise.

I saw Godsmack in, what I think was, their first live show in Philadelphia. It was before I even knew who they were but I was impressed enough to go out and buy their album
