Wo...my arms are skinny.

I have been awake for about 34 hours now...trying to finish a major project for Arch Studio. I have been wearing a hoodie all weekend bc it's cold in the building...and I took it off when I went home to shower this morning...and I looked down at my arms...I haven't seen them in a few days and they got tiny...same with my legs. It's weird. I've been eating whatever whenever I'm hungry...and yet I keep losing weight. I think it's the lack of sleep, and the amt of hours I spend on my feet. Idk...also I walk everywhere and bike everywhere. I think I'm exercising at a rate where I would have to eat every second of every day to have some meat on me. It's crazy!
Man...I really need to sleep tonight...I'm starting to notice every little thing about every little thing.

Can you fit your hand around your wrist? If you just can, you're fine. If you can very easily... MORE FOOD!

I'm gaining a bit of weight myself, hopefully due to the weightlifting. I was over 180 lbs yesterday .

I suggest trying to eat balanced meals. I think that would help you maintain when you're doing crazy hours. Good luck.

Theres nothing wrong with gaining weight bye gaining muscle. I mean, you should be able to tell if its due to eating or lifting.

You should treat yourself to a huge meal at some resteraunt, its funny hearing a girl talking about losing wright by not eating and staying up late unintentionally.

That's not an accurate representation. I have big bones, so I have never been able to do it. Bone stopped me. IT all depends on how big your bones are.

It pisses me off when people use that as a representation, it's not the least bit accurate.

Well, it's not like I was only getting smaller in my arms...it's my abs, my legs, my boobs...everywhere that takes me forever to lose fat. I got a lot of muscle though...basically, muscle is the only "meaty" part of me now...all the fat is gone. It's crazy. My metabolism sped up so much that I have to constantly eat to keep in a normal range of body fat. Well, I'm going to go eat a bagel for my first breakfast. Later!

woah! another person who has fast metabolism =p i myself have to eat like 5 meals a day because i burn it up too fast

I can sympathize with your situation, although it has slowed down some, at 50, in my 20's I ate at least 7 full meals a day to maintain my 28" waist and a whopping 145 lbs! So no not an eating disorder, just high metabolism!
