college is nice because there is no other time in your life where you will collectively do nothing with so many other people

I wish I had time to do nothing at my college...I'm constantly working on projects & barely, if ever, sleeping. Maybe this year will be different though...

I think the amount of time you have depends on the college, really, and I don't think we get much of it at my school.

Or so I've heard.

i've always felt the workload of college isn't all that bad. freshmen year i started out in 200 and 300 level courses taking 18 credit hours and maintaining a job and i was fine. i still had loads of time to sit around and do nothing.

It depends on what you're studying. Projects take longer than reading a book, writing 10-20 page papers, etc.
