How it works

The driver simply has to say, "What are some good date ideas nearby?" In response, SYNC lists out suggested date ideas, such as "Have brunch" or "Go bowling." When a user hears an idea that is of interest, he or she simply asks, "Where can we [go bowling]?" SYNC then lists recommended places to go bowling nearby.
The faces behind the app
The team behind BeCouply (http://becouply.com) - Becky Cruze and Pius Uzamere - are a couple in real life. Cruze has a degree from The George Washington University in political communications and Uzamere holds a degree in computer science and engineering from MIT.

The Delphi connectivity system's key fob service operates over the Verizon Wireless network or via Bluetooth to remotely lock or unlock doors, open the trunk, start or stop the engine and operate a panic horn on select vehicles.
The Delphi Connected Car App and the Connected Car Website will display the last location where a vehicle was parked; the address and coordinates where it is situated; and a map with directions to the vehicle.
To help families stay aware of their drivers whereabouts, the system will designate up to six circular "fences" around locations where drivers are permitted to travel and will issue alerts when the vehicle enters or exits a fenced area.
The system's Live Tracking feature enables real-time vehicle tracking with five-second updates, showing vehicle speed and heading.
The system also will report on the vehicle's condition and display a list of issues found.
The trip-logging feature provides a summary of all trips from engine start to engine stop, as well as such detailed information on recent trips as:

Combining safety and convenience features, the Subaru EyeSight driver-assist system is one of the most affordable technologies of its type available in the United States market. EyeSight integrates adaptive cruise control, pre-collision braking, pre-collision throttle management, and vehicle lane departure and sway warning. Under certain circumstances, EyeSight is able to bring the car to a complete stop, thus avoiding a collision.
EyeSight uses two charge-coupled device (CCD) cameras developed by Subaru, and supplied by Hitachi. EyeSight is mounted inside the car on the upper edge of the windshield, thus reducing the potential for damage that could occur in bumper-mounted systems, such as radar. The EyeSight system processes stereo images to identify the vehicles traveling in front, as well as obstacles, traffic lanes and other items. The video information is relayed to the EyeSight module, which is also networked with the car's braking system and electronic throttle control, among others. Max Virtual LLC, a small start-up based in Delaware, has produced a special hat called
"Cynaps" which, on the surface, looks just like a regular baseball cap. However the
inclusion of small modules inside the lining of the hat, which vibrate using bone
conduction to transmit sound directly to the inner ear, sets it apart from the crowd.
It is widely believed that the Cynaps also has the edge over traditional everyday
headphones in terms of audio quality and clearness of sound, with music, conversations and
other audio media being transferred directly to your inner ear.
The project to find financial backing for the Cynaps continues on Indiegogo.com, a
crowdfunding website for independent enterprises and inventions.

will allow zeebox users to identify TV programmes and movies by using their smartphone or
tablet to "listen" to a few seconds of what's on screen. The app will then be able to
