(OTCQB: VGTL), announced it is expanding its reach into the charitable video gaming industry by acquiring a target company and adding electronic raffle kiosks into its product line. After several months of negotiations, the Company has reached a final version of a letter of intent ("LOI") to acquire the target company, which is scheduled to be executed shortly with formal contracts executed thereafter.
The Ohio-based target company has an exclusive five-year contract to place charitable video raffle kiosks in participating veterans and fraternal organizations' locations. Proceeds from these video raffles will benefit the locations and the charities they support. Company CEO Peter Shafran explained, "This acquisition is yet another 'perfect fit' for our Company. The target company is in full growth mode and their operational model will complement the 360 operating model." Shafran goes on to explain, "This acquisition will improve our footprint in the Mid-West Region of the U.S., and will provide for additional growth in other states in a very short time. 360 has been working closely with its legal counsel as well as regulatory bodies within Ohio over the last few years to address potential hurdles to its business model. Under the terms of the proposed LOI, the Company will acquire 100% of the target company, with management, operations and contracts in place. The target company will then operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of 360, in compliance with all governmental regulations. Boeing Advances In-Flight Connectivity Options for Passengers
Commercial Airplanes to enhance communication access for travelers
SEATTLE, Sept. 20, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Boeing (NYSE: BA) continues to advance its suite of connectivity offerings on its family of commercial jetliners. Systems to be installed during production on the 747-8 and 777 by the end of 2013 have the capability to provide in-flight use for cell phones, wi-fi connectivity for passengers, internet access using in-flight entertainment (IFE), and live television broadcasts. Additional connectivity systems are being evaluated for the 737 that could be available in the near future. The 737 already includes wiring provisions for connectivity systems.
The 787 offers a post-delivery retrofit of systems that provide in-flight use of personal cell phones and wi-fi connectivity for passengers and is working toward a full set of connectivity offerings as part of its standard catalog by the end of this year.

Carbonite Mobile App Launches to Help Safeguard Mobile Content and Devices
Research Shows Americans Place Significant Value on Mobile Content, But Leave It Very Vulnerable to Loss

Carbonite Mobile allows users to back up the photos and videos on their mobile devices to the cloud, and also includes features that protect a user's mobile device and personal data in the event of loss or theft.
A recent study from Wakefield Research and Carbonite* reveals that 57 percent of Americans have lost mobile phone data and 51 percent have accidentally deleted photos from their phone. Carbonite Mobile was designed to help solve these common problems while offering increased protection for the personal data on mobile devices, which is vulnerable to theft, loss and damage to the device or accidental deletion.

owners use their phone's camera more than their actual camera, yet 62%
with camera phones don't back up their photos to another device, leaving

-- Mobile Content is Worth Safeguarding: Twenty-five percent of those
surveyed would be willing to pay more than $100 to find their mobile
device and get back all of its contents - from photos to personal
information, noting that contacts (58%) and photos and videos (34%)
would be more upsetting to lose than downloaded content such as apps and
music (8%). Additionally, 23% would be embarrassed if their mother were
to look through their device's photos or texts.
-- Device Users will go to Extremes: Users indicated it's not about the
phone itself; it's what's on the phone that they care most about. In
fact, 3 in 5 adults with camera phones (60%) are willing to give up at
least one thing to clear their phone of personal photos, texts and
information if their phone was lost or stolen - those under 40 are most
willing to give up Facebook for a month (32%) or alcohol for a month
(31%) to clear their phone of personal items.

SUNNYVALE, Calif., Sept. 20, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Fujitsu Semiconductor America has introduced a new FRAM-based device with the industry's highest memory capacity for a high-frequency RFID (radio frequency ID) IC.
The MB89R112 is the latest member of the Fujitsu FerVID Family(TM), which uses FRAM memory for fast write speeds and high-frequency rewriting capabilities, providing excellent radiation tolerance and low-power operation. The device includes 9 kilobytes (KB) of FRAM, with a full 8 KB available as user memory. Memory is structured as 256 blocks of 32 bytes per block, permitting read and write access to the entire 8 KB region defined in ISO/IEC15693. Writing 8 KB of data takes about four seconds, a high-speed operation six times faster than products using EEPROM.
The MB89R112 operates at 13.5 MHz +/- 7kHz and assures data retention for up to 10 years. In addition to its wireless HF interface, the dual-interface MB89R112 incorporates a wired serial interface (SPI) for microcontroller connectivity.
Supplying more available data on RFID tags enables efficient use in various applications, and the combined features of the MB89R112 create new options for RFID use in embedded and industrial designs. The LM3463 is the industry's first wide-input voltage LED driver with multiple dimming control modes that maximizes system efficiency and reduces complexity in LED area lighting applications, such as street, high-bay and ceiling lights. The LM3463 is a 12-V to 95-V wide input voltage, six-channel LED current controller. It drives up to 28 LEDs per string with dimming control that is easily managed by an external microcontroller via the dimming input pins. It works in conjunction with external N-channel MOSFETs and sense resistors to accurately and individually regulate current to each LED string. Dynamic headroom control improves system efficiency by automatically adjusting the LED supply to the lowest level required for LED current conduction. This reduces component count and increases system efficiency while reducing system complexity and cost.
