Bouygues Telecom, one of France's major mobile, fixed line, Internet and TV communications
providers, will install Pace's Helium Unified Gateway Software platform across all if its
new BBOX Sensation gateways, as well as legacy devices, in 1.3million subscriber homes
across France. The deal will allow Bouygues Telecom to have full control over the platform
moving forward, so that it can deploy updates easily, when needed.
Helium's hardware-agnostic design enables Bouygues Telecom to remote manage and deploy
services or technical changes across all gateway devices in subscribers' homes, regardless
of vendor. Previously Bouygues Telecom would have had to work with each individual
hardware vendor to install their own software onto each device. With Helium, Bouygues
Telecom can now test and qualify on one gateway solution, eliminating the need for

Cricket's new smartphone plans include unlimited 3G data and enable customers to choose between three quantities of full-speed data per month. Leap Announces Closing of Spectrum Transactions with Verizon Wireless
SAN DIEGO, Aug. 28, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Leap Wireless International, Inc. (NASDAQ: LEAP), a leading provider of innovative and value-driven wireless communications services, today announced that it has completed the previously announced transactions to sell Verizon Wireless excess PCS and AWS spectrum in various markets across the U.S. and to acquire from Verizon Wireless 12 MHz of 700 MHz A block spectrum in Chicago. Upon the resolution of interference issues related to 700 MHz A block licenses, the additional spectrum Leap is acquiring will supplement the 10 MHz of spectrum Leap currently owns and operates in Chicago.
Leap's non-controlled, majority-owned venture, Savary Island Wireless, LLC (Savary Island), has also completed the sale of AWS spectrum in various markets to Verizon Wireless. In connection with this transaction, Leap also repaid the balance of a promissory note which was secured by a portion of the spectrum Savary Island sold to Verizon Wireless.

Gogo Licensed to Provide In-Air Connectivity over Canada
Allows Gogo to provide seamless connectivity service between U.S. and Canada for both commercial and business aviation
ITASCA, Ill., Aug. 28, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Gogo, a leader of in-flight connectivity and a pioneer in wireless in-flight digital entertainment solutions, announced today that Industry Canada has issued Gogo a subordinate license for Canada's air-to-ground (ATG) radio frequency spectrum that will allow Gogo to serve passengers on commercial and business aircraft flying over Canada.
The Canadian network will operate on the same frequency as Gogo's existing ATG network in the continental United States, which will allow Gogo to provide seamless service within Canada and on cross-border flights between the U.S. and Canada. Gogo expects to begin cell site construction in the fourth quarter of this year and expects the network to be in operation by the end of 2013.
The network will focus initially on Canadian routes served by Gogo's existing U.S. and Canadian commercial airline customers.
